Termini
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of bdsmsextoy.co.uk and consumer purchases made through the website. Please read them before ordering and retain a copy for your records. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
1. Adult Customers and Website Use
This website and its products are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase contract.
You must use the website lawfully. Fraudulent orders, unauthorised account access, malicious software and activities that disrupt website security are prohibited.
2. Product Information and Responsible Use
Read each product’s description, dimensions, materials, care instructions and warnings before purchasing or using it. Images illustrate the goods; screen settings may affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse material differences from the agreed description.
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Products intended for intimate activities must be used with the freely given, ongoing consent of everyone involved.
Website information is general guidance, not personalised medical advice. Stop using a product if it causes pain, irritation or another unexpected reaction, and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If products are dispatched separately, acceptance applies to the items identified in each confirmation.
If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unaccepted items without undue delay. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.
4. Prices and Payment
The applicable currency, product prices, delivery charges and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
You must be authorised to use your selected payment method and complete any verification requested by your payment provider.
If a pricing error is identified before acceptance, we will explain the correct price and ask whether you wish to proceed or cancel. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer.
5. Delivery
Available delivery destinations, services and estimated timeframes are provided before purchase. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
We will deliver within the agreed period or, where no period is agreed, without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Statutory remedies for late delivery remain available. www.gov.uk
Where we arrange delivery, goods remain at our risk until you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. www.legislation.gov.uk
Any offer concerning discreet packaging or billing applies only where expressly stated. International customs declarations must contain the information legally required.
6. Your Right to Cancel
For most online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time the contract is made until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. For one order delivered in separate parcels, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item.
Notify us clearly using the contact details published on the website. You must then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Prior approval is not required. www.legislation.gov.uk
7. Hygiene Exceptions
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal is broken after delivery.
This exception may apply to qualifying sealed intimate products. It does not automatically cover every adult product, and opening ordinary delivery packaging alone does not necessarily remove cancellation rights.
Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected, including where a hygiene seal has been opened. www.legislation.gov.uk
8. Returns and Cancellation Refunds
Handle eligible goods only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning. A lawful deduction may apply if excessive handling reduces their value.
You bear direct change-of-mind return postage only where this was disclosed before purchase and we have not agreed to cover it.
For statutory cancellations, refunds are made without undue delay. Unless we have offered collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever happens first. We will refund within 14 days of that earlier event. If no goods were supplied, we will refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Cancellation of the whole order includes standard outbound delivery charges. Additional premium delivery costs need not be refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. www.legislation.gov.uk
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for any particular purpose you make known to us and we accept.
Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Product-only photographs may help us investigate, but are not a condition of your legal rights. Do not send intimate photographs or images showing personal use.
Qualifying faulty goods generally carry a 30-day short-term right to reject. After that, repair or replacement rights may apply, followed where appropriate by a price reduction or final rejection. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for valid statutory claims. www.legislation.gov.uk
For used intimate products or damaged battery-powered items, contact us before posting so appropriate handling and shipping arrangements can be discussed.
10. Accounts, Privacy and Content
Keep account information accurate and login credentials confidential. Report suspected unauthorised access through our published contact options.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Our Cookie Policy describes relevant technologies and privacy choices.
Website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Use requiring permission must be authorised by the relevant rights holder. Where reviews are accepted, they must reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful content or another person’s private information.
11. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be restricted. Product-use instructions do not remove our responsibility for defective goods or inadequate warnings.
12. Changes, Contact and Disputes
Updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively alter accepted orders without a lawful basis or your agreement.
Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined by the relevant legal rules. Mandatory consumer protections and access to courts remain unaffected.
For questions or complaints, use the contact options published on bdsmsextoy.co.uk and include your order number where relevant.
Before publication, confirm that the order acceptance wording matches your checkout process and provide the seller’s actual legal identity, geographical address and contact details with the required pre-contract information.
